Job description

• You await the Jetair holiday-makers at the airport of their holiday destination.
• You accompany the tourists by bus to the different hotels.
• After each arrival you organise a welcome meeting (Dutch/French) in the hotels that fall under your responsibility and you are responsible for the sales of excursions. This entails a limited amount of administration.
• The Jetair notice boards, as well as the information booklets, in your hotels are always of impeccable quality,
• You actively maintain the professional relations in your hotels. Your dedication and approach enable you to pamper the Jetair guests.

Profile

• Thanks to your positive and friendly appearance you immediately gain the confidence of the Jetair guests.
• You breathe customer-friendliness. You want to tackle the challenge of being responsible for the best service possible.
• You are a good sales person that likes to convince others.
• You combine patience, diplomacy and judgement of character with a pleasant self confidence. This way you can solve possible misunderstandings or problems in an efficient and smooth manner.
• Your adaptability allows you to easily relate to the variety of Jetair guests
• You have an interesting and friendly way of communicating and you have a commercial attitude.
• You are a team player
• You combine the thorough knowledge of Dutch and French with the knowledge of at least English and/or German.
• Knowledge of another language is an asset.
• You reside abroad for at least 5 to 7 months non-stop
• You are flexible with regards to destinations
• You have a driver’s license type B that is at least one year old.
